Dr. Hibler chose veterinary medicine because he has always been fascinated by animals and their relationship to people.  He opened Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital in 1998 with a plan, to make a difference.  Dr. Hibler prides himself on client communication and believes it plays an integral part of making a difference in the lives of not only his pet patients, but their human families as well.

Dr. Hibler attended Texas A&M University as an undergraduate and received his Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1984. He is an author of scientific publications and occasionally speaks to interest groups.  Dr. Hibler is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, American Animal Hospital Association, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners.

Dr. Hibler and his wife of over 40 years, Marybeth, have 2 sons, 3 grandchildren and 3 rescued dogs.  When time permits between work and family life, he enjoys flying his plane, Krav Maga, scuba diving, and heading out to the shooting range.
