Haylee spent most of her childhood in Pike Road, Alabama before relocating with her family to Richmond, Texas. From a young age, she knew her heart belonged to animals. Whether it was rescuing strays or caring for neighborhood pets, Haylee’s passion for animal welfare was clear early on—and it’s a passion that continues to drive her today. She began her career in veterinary medicine in 2016 and has steadily advanced into hospital management. Her career has been built on her deep devotion for animal care and her ability to lead and inspire teams to deliver exceptional service to every patient and client they serve. As she continues to grow in the veterinary field, she is committed to fostering a diverse, compassionate, and collaborative workplace that prioritizes both client satisfaction and employee well-being. She is excited to keep innovating and contributing to the evolution of veterinary care, while making a positive impact on the animals and communities we serve. Outside of work, Haylee enjoys spending time with her family, their golden retriever Gus, and their two cats, Nelson and Bat. In her free time, Haylee loves diving into the world of music—discovering hidden gems from the past and exploring new sounds. With a deep appreciation for classic tracks and timeless artists, she’s passionate about building her vinyl collection and keeping the spirit of old-school music alive.
