Catherine Gresham

Dr.Gresham grew up on a cattle farm in Akron, Alabama, where a deep connection to animals became part of everyday life. From an early age, she was inspired by the compassion and innocence she saw in animals, which ultimately led her to pursue a career dedicated to relieving their pain and improving their well-being.

She graduated from Auburn University in 2003 and is a proud member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA) and the Texas Veterinary Medical Association (TVMA). Her professional interests include surgery, musculoskeletal medicine, and internal medicine, where she enjoys combining precision and compassion to deliver comprehensive care.

Dr.Gresham believes strongly in being an advocate for animals. She is committed to providing thorough, individualized care that helps each patient live their very best life. She values the human-animal bond deeply and believes that building trusting relationships with both pets and their owners enhances that bond and leads to better outcomes.

She joined Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital on April 1, 2025, and is excited to serve the community with dedication and heart.

Outside of work, Dr. Gresham enjoys tubing on the river, hunting at her family’s deer lease, riding horses (especially team roping and cutting), and spending quality time with her husband, Rory, and her daughter, Taryn. Their home is shared with Slide, a 15-year-old Australian Shepherd she has had since he was eight weeks old, and Typ, a one-year-old cat rescued by Taryn.
