Dr. Longshore grew up in Abilene, Texas and decided at a young age that she wanted to be a veterinarian, and she did just that.  Shortly after moving to the area in 2004, she joined the team at Cinco Ranch Veterinary Hospital with a plan to become an important member of the community.  Dr. Longshore believes in building relationships and creating bonds with owners and their pets in order to provide high quality and compassionate care.

Dr. Longshore attended the University of Nevada as an undergraduate and received her Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine in 1995 from the University of Missouri.  She is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Texas Veterinary Medical Association, Harris County Veterinary Medical Association and the American Animal Hospital Association.

Dr. Longshore has two children; Sydney, her daughter, is pursuing a career in veterinary medicine and Zach, her son, is a left-handed pitcher at Texas Lutheran University, who is majoring in business.  Dr. Longshore spoils her two dogs, Lucy and Lyla, and cat, Waylon. In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
